Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Wandernests (wandernests.app), a trip-planning app for small groups of travelers. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for what happens under your account. Trips are only visible to people you explicitly invite - don't invite people you don't want seeing that trip's details.

Your content

You keep ownership of the trip details, messages, notes, and documents you add to Wandernests. By uploading a booking document, you're giving us permission to process it (including parsing it with a third-party AI service) solely to build your itinerary - the file itself is deleted right after parsing. If you turn on public sharing for a trip, only the recommendations you mark as shareable become publicly visible.

Accuracy of itinerary data

Flight times, confirmation numbers, costs, and other details are extracted automatically from the documents you upload or forward, and this extraction can be wrong. Wandernests is a planning aid, not a booking system - always confirm critical details (especially flight times and confirmation numbers) directly with your airline, hotel, or other provider.

Acceptable use

Don't use Wandernests to upload content you don't have the right to share, to abuse or spam other users, or to try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.

No warranty

Wandernests is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Weather, currency, emergency-number and map data come from free third-party sources and are provided for convenience - we don't guarantee their accuracy or availability, and they shouldn't be relied on in a genuine emergency (use your destination's actual emergency services).

Changes and termination

We may update these terms, or change or discontinue features, as the app evolves. You can stop using Wandernests and delete your trips at any time; to delete your account entirely, email us.
